What is MDF?

Minnay Development Foundation (MDF) is a non-for-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) registered in the State of North Carolina, and identified by Federal IRS as nonprofit organization with Tax ID Number 51-0598759. MDF headquarters are currently in Winston Salem, NC and its administered by the Board of Directors who meet regularly to decide on matters pertaining to operations of the foundation. Annual progress, audited financial reports and other relevant documents are mailed to the partners for information purposes. MDF goals are geared towards practical ways of assisting the African continent out of poverty, illiteracy and backwardness by device and mobilize ways and means that are proven to be beneficial to development countries. We creatively and constructively fundraise and mobilize resources for projects that we know are viable and do not create dependency but alleviate not only the symptoms of the problem but the very cause.

Locations
MDF has an international presence in Great Britain (England) and a sister organization in Tanzania East Africa with a satellite office overseeing African operations. Arrangements are been made to have a presence in Australia, South Africa and Sweden.
